BROOKSVILLE - Healthy Living event at YMCA Hernando County YMCA will offer a Healthy Living seminar from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the YMCA, 1300 Mariner Blvd. The topic will be "It's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you," which will be presented by Denise Schonwald. She will discuss how health and wellness need to start from within, and together with attendees will identify many of the psychological barriers that prevent people from maintaining a healthy weight and living a fulfilling life. Schonwald obtained her BS in Nursing and is currently enrolled at Nova Southeastern University pursuing a master's degree in mental health counseling. The seminar is free and is open to the public.
